EAFS (the European Association For Self-service) brings together participants from
all aspects of the European customer service industry to promote self-service
solutions throughout Europe and beyond.
We represent the industry by:

• supporting members in their efforts to promote self-service
• serving as a neutral counterpart for authorities, regulators and other bodies
• collecting industry data and information
• providing a point of contact for the media
• undertaking research to foster innovation and technological advances

EAFS is calling for all other companies, organisations and individuals with a
professional interest in self-service to join the association so that they too can
benefit from its endeavours.
